Usage Method
Connect the power supply and equipment to supply power to the controller. At this time, the display is temperature measurement. Press the SET key once, and the display screen temperature flashes. Press+- to set the required temperature (press and hold+1 to quickly rise and fall). After the setting is completed, press SET to confirm and return. At this time, the controller will press the setting to automatically turn on and off the relay! The output of the temperature controller is a 20A relay to meet various high-power loads. After the control circuit is connected, power can be supplied to the temperature controller. At this time, the display screen shows the ambient temperature.
Status description of indicator, nixie tube and buzzer
·Indicator light: flashing indicates the delay of refrigeration or heating startup, and constant light indicates that the relay is closed
·Digital tube: LL indicates open circuit of sensor, please connect the sensor according to instructions; The temperature controller will forcibly disconnect the relay if HH is out of the measuring range; Display — high temperature alarm
Press and hold SET for 5 seconds to enter the main menu setting, press+- to switch PO… P6, press and hold SET or press and hold SET for 10 seconds, and the controller will automatically confirm and return without key action.
PO cooling and heating mode
·Press and hold SET for 5 seconds to display PO, press SET once to set the working mode, press+– to switch [H is the heating mode] and [C is the cooling mode], press SET once to return, press and hold SET or press SET for 10 seconds, and the controller automatically confirms the completion of no key action.
·Under refrigeration mode: when the temperature measurement value is ≥ the temperature set point, the refrigeration relay is closed and the refrigerator starts; When the temperature measurement value ≤ temperature set point return difference, the refrigeration relay is disconnected and the refrigerator is closed.
·In heating mode: when the temperature measurement value ≤ the temperature set point, the heating relay is closed and the heater starts; When the temperature measurement value is ≥ the temperature set point+return difference, the heating relay is disconnected and the heater is closed.
P1 return difference setting
·Press and hold SET for 5 seconds to display PO, press+– to switch to P1, press SET once to set the return difference, press+– to set the return difference to 0.1-15, press SET once to return after completion, press SET for 10 seconds or the controller automatically confirms the completion of keyless action.
·Under refrigeration mode: when the temperature measurement value is ≥ the set value, the relay is closed and the refrigerator starts; When the temperature measurement value ≤ the set value return difference value, the relay is disconnected and the cooler is closed
·For example, the environment is 30 ℃, the set value is 25 ℃, and the return difference is set to 2 ℃. After power on, the relay closed cooler starts. When the refrigeration reaches 23 ℃, the relay closed cooler closes. At this time, because the cooler has been disconnected, the temperature starts to rise. When the temperature rises to the set value of 25 ℃, the relay closed cooler starts again, so that the temperature is controlled not higher than 25 ℃ repeatedly.
·In heating mode: when the temperature measurement value ≤ the set value, the relay is closed and the heater is started; When the temperature measurement value is ≥ the set value+return difference value, the relay is disconnected and the heater is closed
·For example, when the environment is 10 ℃, the set value is 25 ℃, and the return difference is set to 2 ℃, the relay closes and the heater starts after power on. When the heating reaches 27 ℃, the relay closes and the heater closes. At this time, as the heater has been disconnected, the temperature starts to drop. When the temperature drops to the set value of 25 ℃, the relay closes and the heater starts again. In this way, the temperature is controlled repeatedly to be no less than 25 ℃
P2 Maximum temperature setting upper limit
·In order to avoid the danger of too high set temperature caused by others’ misoperation, this temperature controller has the function of maximum set upper limit, which limits the setting range of the maximum temperature set point controlled by the temperature controller.
·Press SET for 5 seconds to display PO, press+- to switch to P2, press SET once to set the maximum upper limit, press+- to set the maximum settable temperature, the maximum value is 110, press SET once to return after completion, press SET for 10 seconds or the controller automatically confirms the completion of no key action
·For example, if the temperature set point is set to 60 ℃, the maximum temperature can only be set to 60 ℃. If you want to expand the temperature range to a higher temperature set point, you need to adjust the setting value of the upper limit first.
P3 Lowest temperature setting lower limit
·In order to avoid ice jam due to low temperature caused by others’ misoperation, the temperature controller has the function of minimum upper and lower limit setting, which limits the setting range of the lowest temperature set point controlled by the temperature controller
·Press SET for 5 seconds to display PO, press+- to switch to P3, press SET once to set the minimum lower limit, press+- to set the lowest settable temperature, the minimum value is – 50, press SET once to return after completion, press SET for 10 seconds or the controller automatically confirms the completion of no key action
·For example, if the temperature set point is set to 2 ℃, the minimum temperature can only be set to 2 ℃. If the temperature set point is to be lower and the temperature range is to be expanded, the set value of the lower limit needs to be adjusted first.
P4 Temperature correction
·When there is a deviation between the measured temperature and the standard temperature or the user’s hardware has special needs, this function can be used for correction. The effective range of the corrected temperature=the temperature before correction+the corrected value is – 7.0~7.0.
·Press and hold SET for 5 seconds to display PO, press+- to switch to P4, press SET once to correct, press+- to set the correction value, press SET once to return after completion, press SET or press SET for 10 seconds to automatically confirm the completion of the keyless action controller.
·For example, the normal display is 25 degrees; 25 ° is displayed when the temperature is corrected to 0; 26.5 ℃ is displayed when the temperature is corrected to 1.5; 23.5 is displayed when the temperature correction is – 1.5.
P5 Delay start time (unit: minute)
·When there is a need to delay the operation of the cooler or heater, the delay function can be enabled to protect the life of the equipment.
·Press and hold SET for 5 seconds to display PO, press+- to switch to P5, press SET once to set the delay start time unit as minutes, press+- to set for 0-10 minutes, press SET once to return after completion, press SET for 10 seconds or press SET for 10 seconds and the controller automatically confirms completion
·Under refrigeration mode: when the power is turned on for the first time, if the current temperature is ≥ the set value, the refrigerator will not start refrigeration immediately, and it needs to start after the set delay time.
·In heating mode: when the power is turned on for the first time, if the current temperature ≤ the set value, the heater will not start heating immediately, and it needs to start after the set delay time.
·When the shutdown time between two adjacent starts of the cooler or heater is greater than the set value of delayed start time, the cooler will start immediately.
·When the shutdown time interval between two adjacent starts of the cooler or heater is less than the set value of the delayed start time, the equipment can only be started after the set delayed start time of the cooler has been run again. The delay time is calculated from the moment of shutdown.
·For example, in the refrigeration state, the delay is set as 5 minutes, and the start of the refrigerator is delayed after startup. After 5 minutes, the refrigerator is started, and when the required temperature is reached, the refrigerator stops. At this time, the timing starts. When the next start of the refrigerator is completed, it will work immediately. When the timing is not completed, it can work until the timing is completed. The LED indicator flashes in the delay.
·When the delay start is set to 0, the delay function is closed.
Restore factory settings
·Due to some human reason, the internal settings of the temperature controller are confused, and it takes a lot of time to set one by one. At this time, this function can be used to restore the factory settings. The specific method is: in the shutdown state, press and hold the+and – buttons at the same time, and then start the machine.
